Welcome to our Secure Online Reservations Service. This service features our best current individual accommodation rates and is updated regularly. Kitley House is a busy and popular hotel throughout the year and we recommend booking as early as possible. Our rates do change throughout the year and throughout the week with improved rates for longer stays and midweek bookings. All of the Internet Rates on offer include our Award Winning Full Devon Breakfast & VAT.

These rooms require full payment for first night on booking. This is transferable up to 3 months either side of the booking arrival date. In the event of cancellation the first night only is fully chargeable. |

This allows you to request immediate confirmation of availability of room types and / or dates that are currently not available online. Often we are able to meet your needs with an independent review by our reservations team.

CHILDREN - Children 14 and under can stay in the same room as their parents on a Rollaway for just £15.00 per night including Full Devon Breakfast. An additional adult on the same basis is charged at £25.00. Children in cots and aged under 6 are accommodated free of charge.
PETS - There is no charge for pets although owners are responsible for their good conduct and any damage or cleaning will be chargeable.
PRE-BOOKED DINNER OFFER - inclusive rates are available for Internet Bookings and represent a saving on our normal Dinner Price. Please advise at time of booking or at any time before day of arrival to take advantage of this offer. Pre-Booked Dinner is £25.00 (£27.50 from 1st May 2008) - normal price £32.50 - for a 3 course meal including coffee. Dinner does not have to be taken every evening to take advantage of this offer. This can now be booked over the Internet using our Table Booking Service. Murder Mystery Dinner Stopovers and some Music Events Tickets can be booked through this service.
Please Note! : Guests attending Weddings or Private Functions should contact the hotel direct where the bedrooms are normally held on a central allocation by the event organisers- these cannot be confirmed through the Internet Booking System although specific requests can however be made through the system quoting the event which you are attending.
Smoking!
In line with the changes in legislation the house is now designated as a no smoking zone from the 1st July 2007. Facilities for smokers have been provided in the garden and close to the bar. This includes numerous watertight ashtrays (produced by a local company!) and an all year round sheltered facility (produced by our maintenance department). We are required to remind you at every entrance to the house that it is not possible to smoke within so please excuse the additional signage...
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept payment by means of all major debit cards, personal cheques to the amount guaranteed by card, bank drafts and of course good old cash!
We are also able to arrange for you to pay electronically direct into our bank if you should so wish.
Please note that the following surcharges will come into effect on 1 January 2008, to cover our ever-increasing banking charges. All other payment means will remain free!
